World Beer Festival – June 3-7, 2009 – free entry

Montreal’s festival reputation continues to grow with yet another upcoming edition of successful annual event, the 16th Mondial de la Bière, 2009. This year, it will be from June 3 to 7th, at the usual place:

Where: Windsor Station and Courtyard
            Downtown Montréal
            1160, De la Gauchetière Street West
            (Between Peel and De la montagne)

When: June 3 to 7 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. the 3, 4, 5, and 6 and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the 7th.

Cost: Free to attend the event.

         Tasting:

        * Tasting coupons: $1 each
        * Cost of one tasting: 1 to 5 coupons (for most beers)
        * Quantity served: 3 to 4 ounces

        Glass: The souvenir glass is designed to accommodate one or two 4-oz. samples per tasting.
