What: Discover the flavours of Southern Africa with Thola Rusike. Part of the CSL Reads series of events. Rusike will demonstrate how to prepare a traditional savory dish from the southern region of Africa. The audience will receive a copy of the recipe and will also be able to sample the dish at the end of the class.
