Family Filmmaking Workshops, Sunday Afternoons

The National Film Board of Canada (NFB) does more than store films that we used to watch in school. They offer all sorts of well priced or free opportunities for the general public. Here’s a great activity for the family:

What: Workshop: Intro to the art of animated film
Participants work together to create a film in 2.5 hours.

This week’s technique: Sand and Paper Animation

For: Everyone, ages 7 and up

When: August 30, 2009 at 1 P.M.

Cost: Free
